| :What is it about the Z community that sets it apart from other car communities? The fact that you can bring an entire group of people together from different backgrounds, different age groups, and different areas and find through owning a Z, if they truely do love it as much as you do. You will have more in common with them than you might think. The Z isnt just a car, its an entire legacy thats been around for almost 40 years. :Is it the aesthetics or the mechanical composition that attracts you to the Z? Every single thing about the Z attracts me to it. There are days when I like the aesthetics more than the mechanically cramped engine bay, but once I get back into boost my frustrations are gone. :What makes the Z different from owning another type of hot rod? The Z, mainly the 90-96 Z32, is TIMELESS! Someone said it before me but its entirely true. Countless times wheb pulling up into a parking lot, people will ask you what kind of car youre driving, you say 300ZX they say oh is that a new model? I say no, its a 91. :Do you find yourself having personal relationship with others based on your shared love for the Z? Yes. :How would you classify the Z community? Family? Fraternity? Friends? Acquaintances? All of the above. :Does owning a Z mean more than just owning a car? Yes, owning my Z has changed my entire life. :If you couldn't drive the Z what would you drive? My winter beater until I could afford parts to upgrade the Z. If its nice out (not raining or snowing) and im not driving the Z, thats because its upgrade time and shes taken apart. :Are you part of any local clubs? If so how involved are you? I am the Webmaster for the Z Club of Nebraska, I am very involved with the entire Z community in my city/state/region as much as I possibly can. Im only taking 1 vacation this year, and instead of it being my family vacation that ive gone on for the last 15 years, Im going to Branson Z Fest in Missouri. :Have you met any people in the Z community that have become close friends? Yes, Many :What is it that would entice people to join the Z community? They would have to experience boost, or a well maintained NA. If a person owns a Z I cant think of any reason aside from there not being anyone else with a Z in your area not to get involved with other people who own Z's If you think driving a Z is awesome, imagine a caravan of Zs all cruising together, Simply awesome.
